Conulariids fossils have been collected across the globe.
Habitat
Paraconularia subtilis and other conulariids lived on the sea floor, either
- attached to the shells of other organisms
- or with the apex embedded in the mud
Feeding
Paraconularia subtilis probably had long tentacles that they used to capture their prey, as modern sea-anemones.
